Product returns

The return and replacement of products purchased from promitheas.store that were READY DELIVERY is accepted within 7 days from the day of receipt and after contacting 2421024278. Return costs are borne by the customer and are the same as shipping costs. In the case of returning a defective product or an error in the order, the customer is not charged with costs. The shipment should be made with the agency we will indicate to you. The condition for the return is that the product has not been used and is in the condition it was received. In case of return of the products, the amount of the products is fully refunded (shipping costs are not included).

For products that are not ready for delivery and are made to order, there is NO possibility of return unless: A) The order was made incorrectly and was not carried out according to the pre-agreed, B) Damaged, torn or defective products arrived at your place, after delivery by our partner carrier. In case the customer chooses his own transport company, our company bears NO responsibility for any damages or defects.

Please check the products upon receipt for any damage. After receipt and removal of the carriers, we are not responsible for anything caused to the product.

Order cancellation – Right of withdrawal:

For READY DELIVERY PRODUCTS

You can cancel your order before it is shipped or return it after receiving it within 7 days, by calling 2421024278 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. A condition for the return is that the product has not been used and is in the condition and packaging it was received. The refund is made within 10 days by depositing into the customer's bank account if the order was prepaid by bank deposit, or by canceling the transaction if the payment was by card. In the refund the customer is charged the return costs which are deducted from the prepaid amount of the original purchase. In the case of returning a defective product or an error in the order, the customer is not charged with costs.
