Any dispute that may arise regarding the application, interpretation, invalidity of these Terms of Use, the existence or non-existence of rights and obligations of customers/users or the Company from contract and/or tort, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of of the city of Athens, to whose jurisdiction the parties voluntarily submit, with Greek Law applicable.

Before appealing to the competent Courts, the parties must make an effort to resolve the above-mentioned disputes amicably through the process of amicable settlement of consumer disputes.
